30/07/2024Although generative AI is currently a major tech trend, data indicates that many B2B organizations are still reluctant to implement generative AI tools on a large scale.
This insight comes from a recent survey by Bain and Company, which gathered responses from over 1,000 B2B professionals about how their organizations are integrating AI into their workflows.
Part of the hesitation could be due to a lack of perceived utility, as some segments of the company may not be finding efficiencies from AI usage. Additionally, it could be due to entrenched processes and a preference for sticking with familiar methods.
Either way, the results suggest there could be greater opportunities for efficiency with AI if used in a more targeted and measured manner. B2B brands may not have yet discovered the optimal way to integrate these tools.
